Plant Nursery Worker

Job Description:

Cohi, Inc. is looking for a full-time or part-time Nursery Worker to join our team. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. This position is responsible for the care and maintenance of our beautiful trees.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and care for coffee seedlings
• Field planting of seedlings and maintenance
• Perform general plant health maintenance and preventative maintenance services
• Cleaning, watering, planting, and other plant maintenance tasks
• Provide support for the outside and inside of the facility
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Experience:

• Previous experience in a nursery or related setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to be flexible and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to work with various types of plants and prune them effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
