Service Member SkillBridge Criteria:

• Must meet all DoD SkillBridge Instruction eligibility requirements
• Must be a current Active Duty Servicemember
• Must be separating from the Military in ~ 4-12 months

• Must be able to complete a minimum of 120 days and up to a maximum of 6 months internship
• Must be able to complete 40 hours per week

As a Plant Manufacturing IT EngineerSkillBridge Intern, reporting to the Team Lead of the Digital Plant Team, you will develop, train, and help ensure seamless integration of information technology and manufacturing processes within our production facilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our manufacturing operations, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement projects using modern IT solutions. You will have an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of technology-driven advancements in the food manufacturing industry.
This opportunity is a hybrid schedule with 1 day remote/4 days on-site supporting Conagra's Council Bluff plant in Iowa (10 minutes away from Omaha, Nebraska) with SkillBridge duration open from 120-180 days upon approval.
SkillBridge Position:

• Gain expertise in and advocate for the implementation of self-service and automated systems management and provisioning solutions
• Cultivate business relationships with Plant Leadership and other relevant stakeholders within the organization

• Training objectives will include system patching, imaging, backups, and other services
• Work with Windows operating systems/Microsoft technologies
• Solidify basic knowledge of networking
• Develop tools that enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime, ensuring smooth business operations
• Collaborate with our third-party service partner to ensure business partner-centric service delivery

• Perform refresh activities.
• Ensuring security standards are met
• Asset Management for assigned sites
• Domestic Travel: Up to 15%

Position Requirements

• Work in partnership with team members on projects that align with the strategic priorities of the organization
• Collaborate with various internal IT departments to achieve common goals and objectives
• Experience working with Vendors or IT outsourcers
• Strong troubleshooting and escalation skills

• Knowledge of Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP and IP Configurations
• Stay well-informed of emerging technologies and trends relevant to the IT field

Compensation:
Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00
