Privately owned manufacturer which has been in business over 100 years is looking to hire an experienced Electrical Engineer you'll fulfill various engineering tasks while working individually as well as while being part of a team. You will be responsible for performing calculations so systems meet required safety requirements. Also, working with computer programmers and technicians to solve potential issues. Research, develop, design, improve and test electrical equipment and systems. You'll research manufacturing processes, analyze data and trends to create new products. Train technical and non-technical personnel on new equipment operations. Oversee Maintenance personnel as well as contractors when needed. Ultimate goal is to improve the company's products, processes and contribute to its growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of two years experience in a Industrial Setting
- Required to read and write Allen Bradley PLC programming, SLC 500 and ControlLogix.
- Ability to drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
- Able to interact with all levels of management
