Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Accountable for identifying options for continual improvements across the end to end planning cycle
- Working directly with the eBay transformation program and leading on bringing in some of the changes into the team
- Work with the wider planning team to drive and implement opportunities we see
- Demonstrate tangible business and people benefit from the changes and improvements we make
- Lead out on projects and programs aimed at building a stronger and more connected planning function at eBay
- Keep an eye on the people and cultural impacts and opportunities
- Be future facing on emerging tech and thinking in the planning professional world
- Set up and run new processes and ways of working as a result of Transformation
- Be creative and curious, always challenging the way we do things with a view to simplifying and improving every day
Requirements
- This is a Hybrid Role working out of our Salt Lake City Office
- 3+ years of experience across the Planning Cycle / Workforce Management Cycle for Contact/Call Centers
- Strong eye for business. The ability to relate planning processes and objectives to broader business issues and vice versa
- Have excellent change management skills and discipline
- A natural collaborator who as well as being able to drive idea generation can put these ideas into the business and teams we serve
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Ability to influence peers, 3rd party partners and senior leaders
