We are looking to hire a Full-Time time customer service representative with the intent to actively train into a supervisor position. If candidate is selected to move into the supervisor position, pay would increase to $13 per hour.

Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervisors are responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience!
- Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
- Check members in, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
- Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
- Enforce club policies and procedures with members
- Provide cleaning support throughout the facility as required by management
- Provide backup support for absent staff members

Job Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Open availability is required.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
Physical Demands:
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
- Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
- Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
