Position Summary
We are looking for a detailed oriented individual to join the Medicare Pending team.
Plan Sponsor Service Consultants (PSSC) reconcile Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) transaction errors via research, resolving internal discrepancies and processing administrative updates for existing members. A PSSC's must be able to meet the demands of a high paced environment with tight turnaround times, participate on team, regional, and company-wide projects as assigned, and maintain quality metrics and production requirements. Individuals must also be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays to support business needs.

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as is the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships.
MP/Nextgen, Medicare, DSNP, enrollment experience are a plus.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $29.30
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
