Plan Reviewal Specialist Full Time Hybrid Schedule

The Work:

• Review construction plan sheets to identify our

scope of work

• Provide Take Offs to Territory Managers as it

pertains to our scope of work and mine data

• Personal ownership of a project from start to finish
• Represent the company in a positive and engaging

way

• Assist in the flow of customer communication via

phone and email

Expertise:

• Previous experience and knowledge of reviewing

construction plans and providing takes offs is preferred

• An excellent track record of energetic hustle, personal

leadership and adaptability

• Ability to build customer relationships and deliver

customer-centric solutions

• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively, learn

quickly, and gain trust of others through honesty and

authenticity

• Relates comfortably with diverse groups of people and can

adapt in real time to match the shifting demands of different

situations

• Strong organizational, strategic, tactical planning,

analytical and problem-solving skills

• You perform with a strong sense of urgency without

sacrificing quality

• Action-oriented and consistent in driving results, even

under tough circumstance
