Our restaurant is expanding, and we are looking for a full-time experienced Pizza Maker to join our dedicated culinary team. If you have a passion for creating exceptional pizzas and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you!
Pay:
- 1,000.00 to $1,350.00 per week (Pay is negotiable)
- Eligibility for $500.00 Starting Bonus paid after 90 days of continuous employment
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality pizza from the menu
- Prepare and stretch pizza dough to a specified size and thickness
- Toss dough, cut, slice, and grate ingredients, and assemble pizza with sauce and toppings
- Monitor pizza cooking times and temperatures
- Cook pizzas properly that satisfy customer expectations within specified time limits
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstation, equipment and kitchen areas
- Organize and stock the work area with supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely orders
Requirements:
- Must have at least two years of hand-tossed pizza-making experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced, high-stress work environment with limited space and elevated temperatures
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Food handlers certification
Schedule
- Sunday—2 pm to 930 pm
- Monday—2 pm to 930 pm
- Tuesday—Closed / Off
- Wednesday—1030 am to 930 pm
- Thursday—1030 am to 930 pm
- Friday—4 pm to 10 pm
- Saturday—1030 am to 10 pm
