Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough according to established recipes and procedures
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
- Mix and knead dough by hand or using commercial mixers
- Monitor dough consistency and adjust ingredients or process as needed
- Shape and portion dough for baking or further processing
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Clean and maintain work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food handling or working in a kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of dough
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts and weekends as necessary
