Duties:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly portioned, prepared, and stored
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist with menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new pizza flavors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries and special requests in a friendly and professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Pizza Cook or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pizza dough stretching techniques and pizza toppings
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
