OCLI Vision is seeking all eye-care specialties to join our practice which features world renowned physicians, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate:

- Possesses excellent clinical skills to deliver outstanding care to our patients

- Operates as successful stakeholder to all leaders within the organization & local market

- Places the patient/customer first and delivers excellent service

- Collaborates well with all stakeholders in the clinic to ensure everyone achieves their goals

- Ensures all patients receive accurate diagnosis & appropriate recommendations.

- Establishes a positive Doctor/patient relationship

- Utilizes & leverages effectively all technology to deliver unsurpassed patient/customer experiences.

- Maintains State Licensure in good standing & practices to the full scope of that license, responsible for maintaining Continuing Education requirements

- Encourages associate decision making at the level closest to the patient

- Maximizes partnerships through leadership, participation & involvement

- Maintains safe working environment for all associates/patients.

- Supports physicians with evaluations and post-operative visits

- Authorized to work in the US

POSITION AVAILABLE IN PITTSBURGH (ALLEGHENY COUNTY):

Retina

- Position will build upon an existing practice that focuses on medical and surgical management of diseases of the retina and vitreous.

- Candidate will have the ability to work at a few locations around the Pittsburgh area (Allegheny county).
