Pipeline - Warehouse Certifier Leader

This position will be of the North American Beverage organization.

Overview:

This Warehouse Leader Associate position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation. Due to being pipeline the shift can be 1st, 2nd, or 3rd depending on the market's needs. Full time with the opportunity to work overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
• Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices
• Provide feedback to the Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues, and developmental opportunities of pickers and loaders
• Track each load accurately
• Accurately count all pallets
• Maintain pace of pallet configuration
• Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
• Identify priorities and coordinate resources
• Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
• Recommend process improvements
• Coordinate picker and loader team
• Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
• Embrace and promote a culture of “stack, wrap, strap”
• Other duties as Assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $36,300 - $57,950 per year based on a full-time schedule
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting the actual starting salary
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night, and/or weekends
