Overview:
This Warehouse Leader Associate position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation. Due to being pipeline the shift can be 1st, 2nd, or 3rd depending on the market's needs. Full time with the opportunity to work overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
- Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices
- Provide feedback to the Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues, and developmental opportunities of pickers and loaders
- Track each load accurately
- Accurately count all pallets
- Maintain pace of pallet configuration
- Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
- Identify priorities and coordinate resources
- Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
- Recommend process improvements
- Coordinate picker and loader team
- Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
- Embrace and promote a culture of “stack, wrap, strap”
- Other duties as Assigned
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $36,300 - $57,950 per year based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting the actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night, and/or weekends
