Brycon is hiring a motivated, detailed, and safety-orientated Electrical superintendent to work with our high-tech semiconductor team in Phoenix, Arizona.

• Direct employees and crew.
• Responsible for daily safety, Pre-Task Planning, and Quality of all work performed in the feld.
• Take responsibility and accountability for crew.
• Responsible for communication towards the education of less experienced workers.
• Responsible for reading blueprints and specifications to determine the scope of work, including location, quantities, and sizes of materials required. Coordinate assigned work with work of different crafts, departments, or other contractors.
• Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, planning, and scheduling to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, cost, and schedule.
• Maintain liaison with other departments (e.g., material control, purchasing, quality control, engineering) to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc., support craft activities and project schedule.
• Assist in resolving construction problems (lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.) as required.
• Monitor craft compliance with project safety process requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
• Responsible for certain administrative duties including timesheets for crew members, production reports, and schedules.
• Responsible for maintaining knowledge of applicable blueprints, specifications, procedures, and work schedules.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of safety rules and regulations and ensure that all employees within the foreman's area of responsibility comply with them.
