Atlantic Coast Staffing is looking for a Pipe Fitter with 3-5 years of experience!
Daily Functions:
- Interpret Sketches and Blueprints
- Clean, bevel, prepare and install pipe with various fittings and weld joints
- Preform layout, rigging and transportation of pipe, valves, and fittings
- Plan sequence of installations
- Ability to operate pipe cutter, cutting torch and pipe cutting machine
- Secure pipes to structure with appropriate materials
- Testing final product
Requirements:
- Ability to routinely use construction Equipment
- Walk/stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to correctly identify colors of color-coded cables/ wires
- Willing to offer per diem of $100 per day for candidate who don't live within a certain radius
