Pilates Instructor

Oasis Fit is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Reformer Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group and private sessions focused on Pilates Reformer exercises, providing personalized instruction, and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of each client’s workout.

Responsibilities:

- Lead group and private Pilates Reformer sessions, ensuring safety and effectiveness.

- Provide personalized instruction and modifications as needed.

- Maintain a clean and organized studio space.

- Continuously educate yourself on Pilates methodology.

- Build rapport with clients and track their progress.

Qualifications:

- Certified Pilates instructor with Reformer training.

- Experience in group classes required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for health and wellness.

- Flexible schedule availability.
