Job Overview
We are looking to hire great people to join our Customer Care team. We are launching our second Pick Up Center soon, and this role is vital to the success of introducing DealBadger to the Marietta/Smyrna/Kennesaw area. We are a fast-paced but casual work environment given we operate in a warehouse. We have big and aggressive growth plans, and we need people who are excited and passionate about their work and being part of a growing team.
If you love working with customers and you are service-oriented we have a great opportunity for you. Our Customer Care Teammates assist with customer checkout (but no cash transactions), explain DealBadger Terms and Conditions, maintain and move inventory, and answer all kinds of customer questions.
In order to prepare you for this role, we will provide you training in our Norcross, GA Pick Up Center until our Smyrna Pick Up Center is ready. We are looking for multiple people to start immediately.
Starting Pay: $17

Potential Work Hours Available: Tuesday through Friday, 10:00am – 6:30pm, Saturday, 8:30am – 12:30pm
Responsibilities
Customer Care Teammates are responsible for day-to-day operational tasks required to running a Pick Up Center. This role requires a willingness to be hands-on with day-to-day operations and assisting in driving overall company strategy. The heart of the role is providing customer service.
- Checkout customers picking up their winnings
- Determine refund/credit eligibility and provide to customers
- Help customers preview items and locate won items
- Provide excellent customer service, explain DealBadger Terms & Conditions, and answer customer questions
- Receive pallets of inventory by using a pallet jack and moving to warehouse floor space
- Assign floor locations to auctions through use of a tablet and scanner
- Assign unsold or products not picked up to future auctions
- Clean and maintain the Pick Up Center
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in a customer service-oriented role
- Proven proficiency and comfort with technology and typing
- Detailed oriented
- Self-motivated and a hard worker
- Works well with people
- Comfort in working in warehouse environment (and comfort in working in non-temperature controlled warehouse)
- Ability to be on your feet for large periods of time
- Ability to use a pallet jack, hand truck, or dolly
- Regularly lift/move objects 10-50 pounds, occasionally lift/move items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
