TRC Professional Solutions is working with a global gaming solutions company to hire for a highly organized, detail-oriented Picker Packer Warehouse Specialist to provide service support for their warehouse operations in Alpharetta, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Send books down the high-speed conveyor line at a pace equal to or above the assigned goal.
- Pack product according to customer specifications.
- Keep up with all Packaging lines tasks at expected goal speed.
- Run packaging lines optimal equipment efficiency.
- Remove defective product from the packaging line.
- Ensure QIDs have been removed and forwarded to Rub check station.
- Review and troubleshoot messages on computer screens and inform Production Lead of any ongoing messages or unresolved alerts.
- Periodically inspect product for quality.
- Record product information on specified forms.
- Effectively monitor waste, line Down/Up Time, Game progress and line efficiency.
- Employee is frequently required to perform repetitive motion type activities, such as twisting and lifting.
- Effectively communicate with other team members.
- Wear PPE as required.
- Follow 5S and LEAN concept as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Hours/Pay:
- Monday-Friday 7:30pm to 7:30am, some weekends (4 on - 3 off then 3 on - 4 off schedule)
- $20 hourly with overtime opportunities
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
- Must pass extensive criminal background check and drug screen.
- Ability to maintain a fast pace and work 12-hour shifts (7:30 pm-7:30 am).
- Ability to work overtime nights.
- Ability to reliably commute to Alpharetta (not on bus line)..
- Must speak and understand English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Mathematical skills.
- Ability to consistently be at work on time and to maintain excellent attendance.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding in order to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram forms.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive twisting and lifting.
