SalaryWe are looking for an experienced Pick & Pack Analyst to support and upgrade the efficiency of our Pick & Pack department.
Although the expected work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, this schedule is flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate operational needs.
Essential Functions
- Monitor daily in punches for employee’s time in ADP.
- Creates daily and weekly schedules for PNP agents.
- Monitor monthly attendance for PNP Employees
- Follow up with employees for Interviews/onboarding.
- Follow up with employees all bridge training completed.
- Update and maintain all internal read and sign.
- Archiving of employee disciplinary status.
- Supply inventory and ordering.
- Ensure file organization for Share driver.
- Document all “Value add” regarding PNP.
- Cross train to gain general knowledge of all aspects of department.
- Will cover for supervisors on vacation and will need to change shifts in the event of vacation coverage for another supervisor.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- High-level mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook .
- High School Diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred.
- Detail-orientated.
- Ability to prioritize task and work under tight deadlines.
