Description:

• Med order review and entry into pharmacy info system
• Prepare and check meds
• Restock meds to ADC on unit; print med profiles/discharge summaries
• Assist with med reconciliation, and print med profiles/discharge summaries
• Order meds from wholesaler
• NO sterile compounding

Position Requirements:

• IN state Pharmacist license required
• Hospital inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
• Team Player Mentality 

• Order Entry System: WellSky pharmacy info system, no EMR; will train
• Site Automation: TouchPoint MedDispense Automated Dispensing Cabinet (ADC); will train
