Piano Teacher

Teaching position available at Melody Institute of Music and Art.

We are looking for a PIANO teacher to be responsible for weekly lessons for students of all ages at our SADDLE BROOK location.

MUST be available during the week and have experience teaching students ages 4 and up.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in piano or piano pedagogy or collaborative piano required; Master's degree or higher is preferred.
• At least two (2) years of experience teaching ages 4 and up.
• Must be responsible and dedicated to teaching.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have time-management skills.
• Must commit to at least one year after signing a contract; a two-year commitment is preferred.
• Part-time availability. Classes are held weekly.
• Proximity to the school. Local/in-state teachers preferred.
• Performance experience.

Recent graduates and international students are welcome.

H 1b visa sponsorship available

Salary: $34-$38 / hour. Full details will be discussed during the interview.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 38 per week
