ELEKS is looking for a Product Implementation Analyst.

ABOUT PROJECT
Doctor ELEKS is a smart medical information system that allows healthcare organizations to deliver improved patient care at a lowered cost by automating and streamlining complex operating processes and clinical data management practices.
The mission of the product is to accelerate the quality and value of health care service delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Implementation of the "Doctor Eleks" product at the client (direct work with the client, analysis of the client's business process, deployment of the "Doctor Eleks" MIS product, customization of the MIS functionality to the client's needs and processes)
    • Support of existing MIS installations of customers (execution of customer tasks, customer support in chats, updates of MIS)
    • Filling the MIS database for the client (document templates (in the template designer), reporting, and other data required for MIS operation)
    • MIS testing before releases (Testing according to the test plan and test cases of the MIS functionality)
    • Write/maintain existing t-sql code (procedures for reports or custom processes, view)
    • Writing instructions and descriptions of new/existing MIS functionality
    • Training clients to work with MIS (online/offline)
    • Possible business trips to the client (start of the client's work with MIS, at the client's facility)
REQUIREMENTS
    • Understanding how relational databases work
    • Basic skills in MS SQL Server DBMS
    • Basic skills in working with SQL Server Management Studio (users/accesses)
    • Confident skills in writing T-SQL code:
    • understanding the application of database objects
    • understanding the logic of work and building a database query
    • understanding of the construction of procedures/views
    • working with data (sampling, updating, deleting, filtering, sorting)
    • Understanding database processes - backup/restore/shrink
    • Basic skills in working with OS Windows Server and OS Windows
    • Pre-Intermediate level of English
WILL BE A PLUS
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or completed IT courses
    • The ability to see the overall picture, correctly plan the approach to work
    • Ability to work independently and self-organized
    • Ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet customer needs
    • Planning, organization and time management skills
