Main Duties

Reply to text blast to the physicians

Interview qualified healthcare professionals for various positions posted.

Candidate screenings and assessments to ensure a strong fit for the organization
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system(ATS)
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment

Candidate who has experience in Locumsmart.net preferred

Qualifications

If you have worked in the Healthcare Industry or a prior Medical Scribe this would be an exciting opportunity!!
- Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and leverage offers to secure top talent
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
