- Salary with bonuses and benefits
- 4- or 4.5-day workweek
- Weekend clinic rotated about 1 Sat/Sun every 2 to 3 months
- Evening shifts are totally optional
- About 1 day of call per month
- Looking to add 3 pediatricians over the next several months due to growth
- Primarily outpatient with newborn rounding only
