We are seeking a determined and dedicated Pain Interventionalist to join our Pain Medicine Team in Fargo, ND. This individual will partner with a mix of devoted Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians across a full continuum of neuromusculoskeletal and medical specialties to provide exceptional patient-focused care to the community of Fargo/Moorhead and its greater region. PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Active out-patient Interventional Pain management practice comprised of consultation clinic and interventional procedure clinic.
• This position will do a combination of pain injections, outreach and assist in the development of our Pain Medicine Program.
• Physician will evaluate and develop comprehensive treatment plans for our new and existing patients, and identify the specific conditions and patients' needs to ultimately decrease pain & increase function.
• A key function of this position will be expanding market share, increasing access, and advancing the quality of care.
• Collaboration with a full continuum of specialists including Neurosurgery, Spine Program, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Regional outreach will be a future part of this position.

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE in Anesthesiology with fellowship training in Pain Medicine or BC/BE in PM&R with fellowship training in Pain Medicine or BC/BE in PM&R with at least 5 years of experience doing Lumbar and Cervical interventions.
• Candidates should have competency in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural/facet injections, advanced interventional pain techniques, spine RFA, and radiographic imaging. SCS, and Ultrasound.

• Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota.
• 4 hours Northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
• Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals.
• Fargo-Moorhead population: 225,000.
