JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-
workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
2. Functions include but are not limited to:
3. Collection of health status of patient and documents in the patient record
4. Participates in the development of the plan of care for the patient
5. Verifies that the patient understands the care plan
6. Follows HIPPA laws
7. Provides preventive care that is age appropriate
8. Assist physician with procedures and patient exams
9. Calls the patient with test results after reviewed by the physician
10. Does phone triage with patients
11. Administer medications to patients as directed by the physician
12. Understands equipment use and treatment room procedures
