Full Job Description

The Physician Liaison works as part of the Comprehensive Surgical Care marketing arm to promote, build, and maintain referral relationships between the CSC and local clinician community. The Liaison represents our providers as well as our services. They are the first point of communication contact as well as actively involved in problem solving and service recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Surveying local primary and specialty physicians to increase the number of patient referrals to CSC
• Respond promptly to problems identified by referring physicians and convey skillfully to administrators as well as bring resolution back to physicians
• Executes strategic physician marketing strategies and plans
• Interprets profitability, establish with the direction of the Strategic Marketing Director tracking mechanisms, and ensure and demonstrate positive ROI
• Growing physician referral and connecting our facility with the local healthcare community
• Identify and ensure follow through on opportunities plus demonstrate sill along with persistence to overcome objections
• Support development, communication, and distribution of referral material, and practice information
• Establish face to face meetings with physicians and key decision-makers in practices
• Convey effectively problems faced by referring offices having impacts on marketability and recommend potential solutions
• Comply with assigned budget, manage suitably and report outcomes
• Maintain confidentiality of patients, employees, and administration
• Arranging and leading public relations campaigns and awareness efforts

Qualifications:

• An Associates or Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience in healthcare sales may be advantageous
• General medical knowledge, especially related to our facility's services, treatment offering, and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organization skills
• Must maintain high patient privacy standards and adheres to HIPAA guidelines
• Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
• A willingness to travel from office to office
• A commitment to evening and weekend activities related to our practice

Pay Range: $74,000.00 to $85,000/year salary
