Responsibilities: Duties are to include, but not limited to:

- Examine patients to assess their general physical condition

- Coordinate with other community physicians and health care providers

- Monitor effectiveness of pain management interventions (Medication & Spinal         Injections)

- Perform procedures within an office setting
