Core Primary Care operates 3 clinics in the greater Houston area, with 20,000 patient visits annually across 10+ providers. The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner works with significant autonomy in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat ~20 patients per full day.
- Review bloodwork and refill prescriptions on a day to day basis as they come in.
- We work as a team, you can be as autonomous as desired, but questions and collaboration is encouraged.
- Maintain a TX license to practice medicine in good standing.
- Is a moderate volume of in-office procedures (joint injections, I&D, skin biopsies, sutures, etc.). The candidate is NOT required to do these, but we are happy to train the candidate if there is an interest in learning.
Qualifications:
- Active PA-C or NP license to practice in the state of Texas.
- English is required. Spanish is strongly preferred.
Schedule:
- Wednesday - Friday (8am - 6pm) and Saturdays (8am - 1pm)
Compensation:
- Market value salary plus yearly bonus.

Our medical philosophy emphasizes lifestyle changes that focus on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management, which address the root causes of disease instead of always reaching for more and more prescription medications.
In addition to improving outcomes, we also seek to reduce provider burnout. A primary focus is taking all administrative and clerical work OFF of the provider’s to-do’s, so they can focus 100% of their time on what they love and do best, provide high quality medical care. Better yet, we strive to give our providers only work 4-day schedules, giving them much needed time to recharge each week.

Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year.
