Our policies and procedures are also in line with those in the clinic setting to ensure sterility, safety, and comfort for each and every patient, all while being mobile. .

Co-Founded by Dr. John Romano and Kimberly Mello, M.S. PA-C
Dr. Romano is an established Plastic Surgeon out of Fremont, California. He established his practice in 1990 after a residency in plastic surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Early on in his career, Dr. Romano was active staff at Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto. From 1989 to 1990, he was the Clinical Chief of the Plastic Surgery Clinic at Stanford university hospital. In 2007 Dr. Romano co-founded and became the Medical Director of Medspa 29 in Fremont, California. He oversaw all non-surgical medical aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and laser treatment therapies.
Kimberly is considered an advanced injector by her peers in the field. She began her career as a Physician Assistant over 21 years ago. She graduated with her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the California State University of Sacramento in 1997. She went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University in 2002. Early in her career, she spent nearly ten years honing her surgical skills in Orthopedic Surgery. When the opportunity arose to change fields, she jumped at the opportunity to pursue the area of Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine. For six years, she worked in Plastic Surgery as a first assist in surgery and was a lead aesthetic injector in the practice. Kimberly prides herself in continuously learning and growing in her aesthetic practice. She is always seeking out continuing education and was most recently trained in M.D. Codes by Allergan Medical Institute.
The RN/NP/PA administers all professional medical aesthetic treatments such as, lasers, injectables, skin tightening, peels, and all other medical procedures offered within the practice. They must possess a thorough knowledge of the skin, have excellent advanced practical hands-on knowledge and experience of all of the procedures/treatments and products offered in the practice. Possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in all treatment protocols. They must exude excellent communication and clinical skills and be able and willing to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide positive clinical outcomes. They must be able to maintain a professional, enthusiastic and positive attitude. Every patient is treated with regard and given a proper detailed and thorough consultation and treatment plan. They must hold and maintain a current state license and meet any and all continuing education requirements required by the California State Medical Board or Nursing Board.

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
