Conduct thorough dermatological evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatological conditions, such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, and other skin disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications, topical treatments, and recommending lifestyle changes.
- Perform minor surgical procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
- California state licensure as a Physician Assistant with a specialization in dermatology.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to diagnose and treat various dermatological conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
