Roles & Responsibilities:
· Listens to patient needs
· Prepares treatment room for next patient
· Helps patient into Physical Therapy apparel or apertures
· Delivers equipment and supplies to treatment area
· Supports therapists by preparing various equipment
· Demonstrates proper use of equipment and exercise routines
· Keeps information confidential
· Maintains safe and clean working environment.
· Equipment sterilization
· Preventative maintenance on Physical Therapy equipment
· Keeps track of certain supplies
· Enhances reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Qualifications:
· Ability to work effectively as a team member
· Strong Multi-tasking skills
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to handle a busy and fast paced position
Other Skills, Abilities and Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish, a plus.
Past Experience in Physical Therapy, Fitness, or Health Sciences preferred
Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
Walking, bending, standing and reaching constantly during a workday/shift.
Ability to fluently speak English and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions
Possess fine motor skills for legible and accurate writing. And effective and efficient handling of equipment.
· Ability to pass Tech Test after training phase.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday. No weekends.
