Physical Therapy Aide/Front Office

• PRN Schedule: 8-10/hrs week. During Monday - Friday afternoons
• Could lead to more hours up to Full Time
• MUST HAVE intermediate computer skills
• Enthusiasm, high energy and a good conversationalist- REQUIRED
• Medical Office experience/ education- Preferred
• The pay rate may be commensurate with the experience, skills, and qualifications that the candidate brings to the position

VibrantCare is currently seeking engaging and energetic FRONT DESK/ Physical Therapy Aide for our Outpatient Physical Therapy in Everett, WA. Excellent opportunity to be an ACTIVE part of a healthcare team that is dedicated to the patients and community we serve.

Non-Clinical related tasks may include:

• Scheduling
• General cleaning/ maintenance of therapeutic/ gym equipment and replenish linens
• Ensure compliance to important responsibilities
• Participation in quality assurance activities
• Prepare patient charts
• Other tasks as needed

Clinical-related tasks may include:

• Assisting the PT with patient transportation/transfers and gait training
• Assisting the PT/OT with set-up and application of thermal and electrical modalities
• Assisting the PT/OT with supervising therapeutic exercise programs

Pay: $16.28 - $17.00 per hour
