ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Demonstrates respect for, adherence to and promotion of the mission and philosophy of Red Canyon Physical Therapy.
2. Ensures the patient care policies and procedures are followed, in compliance with applicable quality of care standards.
3. Compliant with HIPAA guidelines, provides privacy and maintains confidentiality.
4. Consistently and appropriately responds to the needs and concerns of patients, families, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
5. Demonstrates awareness of potential hazards and reports unsafe conditions to appropriate staff to maintain a safe environment for residents, families and staff.
6. Participate in facility and department meetings as appropriate.
7. Orient new staff as requested.
8. Assist clinical rehabilitation staff with preparation of treatment area. Will assist with patient treatment only under the approved supervisory rules and regulations pertaining to each discipline.
9. Maintain the cleaning, maintenance and inventory of all Rehab equipment.
10. Schedule rehabilitation appointments and do intakes of new patients.
11. Maintain working knowledge and competent use of Red Canyon Physical Therapy computer systems sufficient to perform duties.
12. Other clerical assistance in the office as requested.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
