The Physical Therapist provides quality Physical Therapy services including resident/patient/client assessment, evaluation, care planning, treatment and consultation in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran SeniorLife facilities/agencies including, as assigned, skilled nursing facilities, LIFE programs, home health and/or outpatient clinics.
This is a casual position supporting our skilled rehab teams in Mars, Zelienople, and Butler.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy; masters or doctoral preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with senior population.
• Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication.
• Maintains current PA license as Physical Therapist including meeting continuing education requirements.
