- The Physical Therapist works under the supervision of Manager of Therapies department. Evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for the rehabilitation of patients, as directed by a provider, using approved treatment procedures. Provides patient/family education. Participates in family conferences. Responsible for all necessary documentation as required by accepted medical guidelines.This position is employed by Mosaic Life Care.
- Evaluates patients referred by providers.
- Establishes goals that maximize the patient's recovery.
- Plans a treatment program, using appropriate treatment procedures that will best accomplish the established goals.
- Implements the treatment program using approved procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree -Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy is required.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Missouri within 60 Days is required.BLS - Basic Life Support within 90 Days is required.
