Physical Therapist-Seneca

Mozaic is hiring for a Physical Therapist. This position will provide physical therapy to ameliorate or limit a disabling condition through the provision of professional therapies. Services are provided to persons in Seneca, Ontario and Yates Counties who require such services to remain in or move to the least restrictive environment or because such services are unavailable or inaccessible in the person's community.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

License and current registration as a Physical Therapist by the NYS Education Department.

Physical Therapist Hours:

Monday - Friday; Full time 30-35 hours per week
