Facilities are:
Redlands Healthcare Center
Highland Palms Healthcare Center
Schedule for FULL TIME: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend shifts
New Grads welcome!
GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Licensed as an Physical Therapist in CA. Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices. Must maintain a license in good standing at all time with the state board.
- CPR Certification, as required for license renewal
Additional Information:
- Experience in long term care preferred.
- Able to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
