We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PRN)who will enjoy helping people in their own community live comfortably. You will be providing care and compassion for your patients as a member of the Quality Life Services team 2 locations located within 5 minutes of each other.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in evaluations and providing appropriate goals for residents
- Continued support of goal achievement
- Helping patients in their restoration of wellness and independence
- Setting goals for mobility, function, and independence
- Maintain contact/communication with other personnel involved in the patient's care to promote coordinated and efficient care plans
- The application of various therapeutic techniques to help achieve goals
REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Long-term care experience preferred
