Physical Therapist PT- Coolidge, AZ
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and pain levels.
· Utilize clinical expertise and assessment tools to establish accurate diagnoses.
· Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
Treatment Planning and Implementation:
· Create evidence-based treatment plans that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and patient education.
· Administer physical therapy interventions to address patients' specific needs.
· Monitor and adjust treatment plans as patients progress or as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.
Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information.
· Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation team members.
· Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to patients and their families.

Education:
· Degree from an accredited School.
· AZ State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Clinical Expertise:
· Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
· Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
· Competence in delivering a variety of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
Communication Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
· Compassion and Empathy.
· Demonstrated ability to connect with patients, understand their needs, and provide emotional support.
Problem-Solving Skills:
· Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to adapt treatment plans as needed.
