HealthPro Heritage at Home is currently seeking to add a full-time Physical Therapist - PT for Home Health in our New York Branch.  Coverage area will include the Eastern and Southern Bronx areas.  Home Care Home Base documentation system.

1.  Bachelor/Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy.  

2.  Current license in the state of practice.
