We are part of the fastest growing physical therapy company in the nation, and have an opening for a part-timePhysical Therapist (15-25 hours per week) and a full-timePhysical Therapist (32-40 hours per week).
Our independent practice specializes in orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and sports therapy for all ages.
Our care is custom, one on one physical therapy, and our innovative treatment plans are highly effective and compatible with our patient’s unique needs. We are honored to have been serving Oak Park and surrounding townships since 2009, and have built a great reputation for friendly, professional, quality care. Most of our new patients are personal referrals of current or past patients. We are proud that our large referral base of physicians and other health care and wellness providers in our community have referred new patients to us as well.

Our state of the art rehabilitation and strength training equipment includes ARX (Adaptive Resistance Exercise), CAROL (AI Fitness Bike), MedX (Medical Lumbar Extension Unit) and MCU (Multi-Cervical Unit). These have been proven to help our patients achieve their recovery and fitness goals.

- Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
- Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
- Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
- Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises
- Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness
- Educate the patient on continuing care
- Accredited PT program graduate
- Current Illinois Physical Therapist License
- Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues
- Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
