Job Summary and QualificationsThe Physical Therapist assesses each patient referred, develops a plan of care, safely implements and modifies it as necessary in accordance with hospital and departmental policy, American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, American Physical Therapy Association’s Guide to Physical Therapist Practice and the Texas Practice Act.
What qualifications you will need:- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Texas Licensed Physical Therapy
- Masters Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Doctorate Degree
This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
