We are hiring Physical Therapists to work in the pediatric home health field. Full-time, Part-time, and Contractor positions available throughout the Phoenix metro area.
Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution and current Arizona state licensure.
- Have availability during afterschool hours (2:00 pm to 6:00pm).
- Communicate effectively with exceptional written and verbal skills, with a focus on family-centered care.
- Newcomers are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and review individualized therapy plans.
- Perform comprehensive in-home physical therapy evaluations on children.
- Educate and train parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Document progress electronically.
