We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Lakewood, CO. Our focus is on providing exceptional rehabilitation services to help residents regain independence and return home.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, graduates of Masters or Doctorate Program preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Casamba and Point Click Care
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program by APTA & CAPTE
- Experience in post-acute or long-term care setting
- Active Colorado Physical Therapy License
- CPR certification
- Valid, unrestricted Colorado driver's license
- Able to pass criminal background and Colorado CAPS checks
- COVID Vaccine Required or Valid Exemption
