Summary of Duties
- Physical therapist works with families enrolled in the Early Intervention program to help promote the child’s development in areas of delay or concern.
Qualifications
- Possess a current license of physical therapy in the State of Missouri
Physical Requirements
- Ability to drive
- Ability to get oneself into homes that are not handicapped accessible
- Communicate with families enrolled in the program
- Ability to utilize a phone
- Work in a variety of environments and situations within a private residence
- Ability to write
- Lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to perform CPR
Pay Breakdown
- $40/hour
- Part time (30 or less hours)
- Potential to increase to full time status (Full time status 30 plus hours)
- Some evening hours required
- Hours shall be scheduled so that family contacts can be made at hours convenient to families.
