Glades Talent is working closely with a standout Home Health Agency seeking to fill a full-time Physical Therapist role for the Naples area. This Physical Therapist in a home healthcare setting (in the field commuting to your patients' homes).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help patients regain and maintain mobility, strength, and a level of function that leads to positive patient outcomes.
• Establish goals and provide patient education on improving balance, walking, and preventing decline after an illness or surgery
• Assess the home environment to ensure safe mobility is achieved.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate from a Physical Therapist curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, OR the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, OR the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and American Physical Therapy Association.
• Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing (Florida).
• 1 year of experience required
• Able to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
• Ability to return the individual to optimum and productive level within the patient’s capabilities.

Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
