Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, personalized physical therapy care to patients.
- Conduct one-on-one patient interactions and work closely with patients to enhance their physical health.
- Perform home visits, delivering care in a comfortable and familiar environment.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to curate personalized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Utilize telehealth options to deliver tailored physical therapy consultations, enhancing accessibility for patients.

- In-clinic work.
- Work directly with patients in their homes (if applicable).
- Option to choose your preferred work area within New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens).

Qualifications:
- Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Physical Therapy Curriculum.
- Valid New York State Physical Therapy License.
