Job Description
The Physical Therapist employed through the Organization is responsible for providing physical therapy services and for adherence to all conditions outlined in the Personnel Services Agreement. Physical Therapist establish a plan of treatment, provides education to patient/ caregivers, communicates with the physician, assesses and evaluates therapeutic and rehabilitative functional status. Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants according to organization policy and state regulations.

Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist within the State, experience is preferred, possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
