Responsibilities:

- Utilize your expertise to assess and improve therapeutic, rehab, and functional statuses, bringing smiles and progress along the way.

- Collaborate harmoniously with our multidisciplinary team to create tailored care plans for each individual, including Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physicians, and more.
- Educate patients and their families on effective Home Health care strategies, empowering them with knowledge and confidence.
Requirements:

- Flaunt your State Physical Therapy license from the Physical Therapy Board of California as your badge of honor.

- Communicate effectively and manage time efficiently, balancing efficiency with a personal touch.
- Get ready to hit the road with a valid driver's license, as you embark on a journey of healing and connection.
- Keep your CPR certification and TB clearance up to date to ensure you're always prepared to spring into action
