Full-time Physical Therapist - Float/Traveler

We have partnered with Excel PT, Progress PT, Wallace & Nilan, The Training Room, and the Physical Therapy & Wellness Institute (PTW). COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
We offer a competitive base salary that does not fluctuate based on the number of visits you see. Your base salary is YOUR base salary! In addition, we offer generous productivity bonuses that are paid out BI-WEEKLY. Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k (with annual company match) all start within your first 30 days of employment, up to 160 hours (or 4 weeks) of PTO, plus 6 holidays. This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus or loan repayment option.
Estimated annual base salary for a float PT role: $80,000 to $100,000.
Compensation may vary depending on productivity of the clinic, relevant years of experience, geographic area (city vs suburbs), and internal equity. This estimate does not include bonuses, CEU $$, or any other financial incentives that Ivy may offer in addition to base salary.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Proof of current or pending state licensure in respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
